Without looking at them too closely, surely you need to see dummy before you can decide whether to cover or not?
Or am I missing something?

I think the way to look at is is the suits in isolation, assuming that they have enough entrys to reach any other hand comfortbaly.The contract will depend on you making the right play. So assume that they have the tops of the suits but have no chance of setting them up, and that you have the rest but wont be able to knock out their stoppers.
