What sort of oppo are you up against? Good players? Young players? Students? Older bridge players?
Have they been making unrealistic actions already when playing them?

Always assume in problems like this that your opponents are strong players and know what they are doing.

As it happened, the guy who prempted was Italian (although you may have guessed that by the absence of his AKQ of trump)
