This is extremely debateable auction but here goes how i would bid it. I'm just making it up as i go along so it might be crap.
Assuming no interference (perhaps surprsing given lack of cards in majors, mind you we do have most of the honours).

2h (F, 2c denied a 4 not likely to become too excited) 2s (FSF)
3c (hmm, not sure if this is likely+assumes FSF=GF) 4d (hope its a cue bid)
(not sure what just 3d would have been here?)
4h (control) 4s (control)
4nt (rkcb 14/30 for clubs) 5s (2+queen)
5nt/6c/7c (hmmmmmmm)

Even while writing it this auction seems atrocious but i have had a really bad day, sat an exam and it didn't go too well so that's my excuse.
Now, i'm off to study, i'll look at this properly in a better frame of mind later.
