I'd pass personally, although I suppose the other option is 3NT. Would like a third club if I was going to punt that though.

How strong could 3C be in your system?

I'd bid 3nt. The 3 card spade suit almost ensures that you can keep the non 2s hand safe and take any finesses in club into it. I really just like punting games...is it that obvious?

If A hearts the AC then automatic, otherwise just a routine punt that I would probably make. I assume that you bid 3n Myles and it went down?
