If KJx or KJxx is off side you can't avoid two losers. To guarantee one loser in any other distribution, I think you have to play the Ace first then low towards the QT765.

This should guard against a singleton honour on either side while still allowing you to play the suit for one loser if KJ98 is under the AQ holding (as you can still play up to the QT twice).
