If you are asked about your carding methods and you reply 'standard' it is assumed the following;- If you look on an SBU convention card, the standard card lead is underlined!eg from KQ10 you lead the Q from Hxxx you lead the smallest etc. If you are showing attitude, then Hi-Lo means you like, if you are showing count then Hi-LO shows an even number, if when you discard, a hi card is encouraging in that suit, this is standard. if you do ANYTHING other than above you attach a red dot to systems card and you MUST explain and 'standard' is not enough! For the purposes of the quizzes, you are playing standard leads and discards!!!!

It is standard to lead the Q from KQT?? Didn't know that

Yeah, i wouldn't have guessed that either. I would have assumed K was standard. Oops
Someone must have switched it secretly

OK you smarties!!! You are of course correct! The K is standard from KQx or KQ10 etc. Please accept my most humble apologies......grovel grovel...I of course was trying to make sure that some of you actually read what I post, and tried to catch you out

What signals are we playing as standard on leads of ace, king and queen? I take it that the rest are generally standard count (except in special circumstances when it may be suit preference?)
